What a beautiful Monday! And I woke up so rested and felt great from my race yesterday!

It was my Dad's Birthday and I feel so super lucky to have him! He's the best!

Today was my off day from exercise! We went to dinner at my grandmothers to celebrate and it was a delicious Italian meal!

Tuesday morning I took Bela for a nice long walk and headed to work! After work I had 2 trainings and we went to wing night with Jac! It was so nice to catch up!

Wednesday I went to Zone 3 Fitness for a much needed workout!

After work I had one training and we had a quiet night at home. Cyn made a delicious dinner! And we tried a new wine! Cupcake Red Velvet! Yum!

Thursday I went to an hour of vinyasa flow at GPY! It was much needed! After 3 weeks without it my body was screaming! After work I had 2 trainings and we went to the SJC Basketball games after! It is always nice to go back to school and see old friends!

Friday I realized after a long week without running that I would try since my foot had been hurting. I got 8 miles in and couldn't go any further... Thank goodness Murph was able to pick me up!

After a devistating afternoon in the quick care I got home and Cyn planned a fun night! We went to J's Oyster Bar for dinner with Pam and Pete!

Saturday morning we got up and loaded pellets! Hopefully our last load! Then we had a going away party for my dad! He leaves the 10th to start his hike on the AT! I am so proud of him!

Saturday night we got to babysit Cam & Jaelynn! They are the cutest!

Sunday morning we had a breakfast date at IHOP! We felt like an old married couple up at 7:30 to get breakfast!

We came home and relaxed on the couch with our little baby Bela!

We had a relaxing morning. I learned how to clean the pellet stove and we went to Cabelas to look at hand guns and Bows! We finished off our Friday night with Tacos at Pam and Pete's! Yum!

Another Monday morning still waking up in a hotel bed! This time it was New Jersey! I got up and ran 3 miles on the treadmill!

Then I did: chops, squats, shoulder taps, medicine ball twists, tricep press & bent over row! I did each exercise 15-20 reps for 3 sets! It felt nice after 2 days off to get back at it!

We packed up the car and started the journey home! We made one last stop at IKEA! It was my first time going there! It was amazing and overwhelming at the same time! Made a few purchases, and have plenty of ideas of things we would love for the house!

We finally got home around 6 and boy did it feel so nice to be back! We had a quiet night and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else!

Tuesday was a doozy! Back to the work grind! I am on a taper week with running which means much needed rest! I took the day off from exercise and poured all my built up energy into work!

We decided to grab a red box movie! It was called "Enough Said" it was sooooo cute!

The sun was so beauiful coming through the backyard trees!

Wednesday was a wonderful day for me! I had a lot of work to finish and felt very accomplished at the end of the day! I had one training and it was so nice to get back in the swing of things! We got in a tough full body workout!

I got in a quick 4 miler before bed an it was great to finally be back outside!

We decided to dig a snow fort! It was so much fun!

Another Monday, but this week I woke up in Orlando Florida! My alarm went off at 5:30 AM and I headed to the hotel gym! I got in 4 miles on the treadmill before the sun came up!

It was a crazy day running around, a coworker of mine said he walked almost 5 miles from 8-4! I can believe it! We went to Universal Studios at night and had a blast! My roommate and I explored the area together!

We went through and became Minions!

What a gorgeous night we had!

Tuesday morning I got up and ran 3 miles on the treadmill and did a little circuit workout. I used a 15 lb dumbbell and did: side lunge with bicept curl and shoulder press, bent over tricep press, shoulder taps and 90 degree heel taps! Each exercise was 10-20 reps with 3 sets! It felt great!

It was a busy day but I got to go outside in between meetings for about 20 minutes! It was gorgeous!

It was a full 12 hours at the Orange County Convention Center! We had an early night, back by 9 and asleep by 10! It was so nice!

Wednesday morning I headed out to run outside in a TANK TOP! Ah it was so nice! I did a quick 4 miler. It was a cloudy morning but so nice to be outside!

After a busy day on the trade show floor we headed to EPCOT! It was pouring rain but we made the best of it!

They gave us ponchos!

Thursday we had a full day of meetings but it surprisingly flew by! At 7 we had team night at the House of Blues! It was quite the party!

Friday morning I got up early and did my last run in sunny Florida! I got in 10 miles before my flight!

Cyn and I stink at waiting to give gifts so we did them over the phone today! She is the cutest thing and picked out my new coach bag all by herself! I LOVE IT!

I couldn't wait to be home and finally at 5:30 I was greeted by 7 lovely ladies all packed up in a suburban and we headed to NYC! It's crazy to think I went from Florida to DC to Portland, then back through NH, MA, CT, NY & NJ! We got in around 11 and had to celebrate with some champagne!

Saturday morning we got up and headed into time square!

We had lunch at the coolest bowling alley called Bowlmor!

After we went to see NEWSicle The Musical! We got second row seats!

We went to Stout for dinner and my two friends from High School were able to meet up with us! I was so excited to see them!

Cyn and I had the BEST Oysters!

We had a blast walking through the city at night!

We stopped and got the best cupcakes at Crumbs! They were delicious!

Sunday morning we got up and headed to the 9/11 memorial. It was very emotional. We then headed back to time square! We checked out the Hershey store and M&M World!

We went to a late lunch at Carmine's! It was a family style resturant and was so yummy!

We stopped into The Plaza! It was gorgeous!

We took a silly selfie in the Eloise Shop!

What a fun day we had and pure relaxation back at the hotel! Such a great way to continue my mini vacation! Life is so short, so set goals, make plans and don't ever stop doing what makes you happy!

"Desire is the greatest governor of ability."

I couldn't think of a better way to start off the first week in February than with a 13 mile run! Am I right? Or am I crazy? Haha!

I had a great day at work followed by a relaxing evening at home! Cyn made Steak Bombs for dinner and they were amazing!

Tuesday is known as Transformation Tuesday in the Instagram world! I decided to participate this week!

It was my circuit day! We did 4 rounds of 8 exercises for 30 seconds each at Zone 3 Fitness! I love this gym, it is such a great environment!

After work I had 2 classes both did well and are improving each day! I am very proud of them! Once I got home Pete, Murph & the boys picked me up and we headed to the WHS Basketball Game! It was a well fought game!

Cyn & I headed to stockhouse for wing night after the game! We haven't been in months! It was delicious!

Wednesday morning I got out before the snow started and headed to 6 AM Hot Yoga! It was the best start to my day!

Once I got out my car was covered and the roads were slick! I headed home to work for the day and got so much accomplished! Cyn made the best breakfast ever! She is such a great cook! I'm lucky to have her & that she enjoys cooking!

Just before dinner Murph and the boys ventured over in the storm! They are too cute!

The boys wanted to wear basketball jerseys! Hahah since we could only find one Jack obviously rocked a McAuley tank!

We all headed over to there house for some pizza and watched Love & Basketball!

Thursday morning I headed to Zone 3 Fitness! I did a 10 minute cardio warmup on the ARC Machine, followed by the circuit. There were 2 exercises isolated together that I did 2 rounds of, then moved on to the next 2. Once I went though all exercises twice, I grabbed water and hit is for a second round! Each excercise was 40 seconds. It was tough, but great! After I hit the treadmill for a speed workout! I did 30 minutes of sprint for 1 minute, jog for 20 seconds! It really got my heart pounding and the great finish to a strong morning!

After work I had 3 trainings and my best friend Olivia came over for dinner! We made pizza and had such a great time catching up!

Friday morning I got in a 60 minute hot yoga class and had a crazy busy day getting ready for my work trip to Orlando! I took my lunch break at Mister Bagel with my friend Erin! It was nice to see her before I leave! We have both been crazy busy and I'm glad we got to hang out! I LOVE their bagels with cream cheese! Yum!

After work I had one trainings and headed home to finish packing and picked up the house! Murph picked me up and we went to the last WHS Basketball games of the season! I finished last minute packing an headed to bed!

I was up at 5:30 on Saturday and headed to the airport for Orlando for the week with work! My flight was supposed to leave at 7:19 got delayed until 2:30 because of a mechanical problem so I jumped on a 10:30 flight to Philadelphia! Good thing I had coffee and good reading material!

I got into Florida at 4PM and it was cool and rainy! I couldn't complain because I was just happy to get some fresh air after spending 10 hours in the airport/plane. I got all checked in and got to enjoy a beautiful Florida Sunset!

We headed to Pointe Orlando to mingle and have dinner! It was so much fun, but I was exhausted! There was so much food and we were moving between different resturants!

Sunday morning I was up at 5:30 to hit the gym! I ran 3 miles on the treadmill since it was still dark out! After I did a quick circuit of: kettle bell swings, medicine ball twist, kettle bell squat with bicept curl & medicine ball straight leg sit up! I did each exercise 12-20 reps for 3 sets! It was just what I needed to kick start my day!

We had a break in the action and I was able to enjoy some sunshine by the pool! It was JUST what the doctor ordered!

Sunday night we had a ROCK concert and dinner! It was so much fun!

What a crazy week it's been but I can't complain! Another couple of busy days in Florida for work then it's home back to the grind!
