Then I did: chops, squats, shoulder taps, medicine ball twists, tricep press & bent over row! I did each exercise 15-20 reps for 3 sets! It felt nice after 2 days off to get back at it!
We packed up the car and started the journey home! We made one last stop at IKEA! It was my first time going there! It was amazing and overwhelming at the same time! Made a few purchases, and have plenty of ideas of things we would love for the house!
We finally got home around 6 and boy did it feel so nice to be back! We had a quiet night and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else!
Tuesday was a doozy! Back to the work grind! I am on a taper week with running which means much needed rest! I took the day off from exercise and poured all my built up energy into work!
We decided to grab a red box movie! It was called "Enough Said" it was sooooo cute!
The sun was so beauiful coming through the backyard trees!
Wednesday was a wonderful day for me! I had a lot of work to finish and felt very accomplished at the end of the day! I had one training and it was so nice to get back in the swing of things! We got in a tough full body workout!
I got in a quick 4 miler before bed an it was great to finally be back outside!
We decided to dig a snow fort! It was so much fun!
Thursday I had fun with my Dryland kids and my mom and I went to a spin class at quest cycle! It was a killer workout! We always have a great time and had a nice visit & dinner together after!
Friday morning I got over to Zone 3 Fitness for a great workout!
After work I had 1 training and we pumped it out! We went to a friends house to visit and have lots of laughs to ring in the weekend!
Saturday I did a lot of shoveling and picked up new washing machine! I did my own routine of a vinyasa flow at home and took Bela for a beautiful walk! We even playe outside! We had a wonderful day together, but missed Cyn while she was at CPR/Lifeguard training!
Saturday night we went to On the Border to celebrate National Margerita Day! From there we picked up Chelsea and went to the Civic Center Bball games! We had a great time!
Sunday morning my parents picked me up and we headed to NH for the Half at the Hamptons!
I ended up getting my best time!
After we had some celebratory brews!
What a great day it was! And I felt so much love and support! I am one step closer to my goal of running a marathon!
