"Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you've always imagined."

The last day of September to start off the week! Lots of work to be done and a beautiful day to complete it! After work I took my lovely client to the Baxter Boulevard as a change of scenery. She said it was her first time power walking the entire 3.6 miles! She did a great job and I couldn't be more proud of her progression! I had to capture the moment by taking a picture, thankfully she's just as obsessed with pictures as I am!

It was such a beautiful evening for a walk!

After I brought her home we went to Cyn's parents for dinner. We recently decided that Monday night we would alternate our house and their house for dinner! This week was at there house and  Pammy made a delicious Pot Roast, Potatoes and Veggies! It was delicious!

Tuesday morning arrived and the start of a New Month! I started with lots of breath, positive energy and a wonderful class of Hot Vinyasa Flow at GPY!

I had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and banana! I had a snack of almonds around 10 and for lunch I tried a Kashi Frozen Meal! It had 40g of Whole Grains, 11g of Protein and 7g of Fiber! It was very delicious!

After work I had two trainings with two very motivated groups of kids! My first class was kindergarten, first and second graders! Then I had my Dryland kids! They kicked butt and gave me lots of laughs! On my way home I made a quick pit stop to just enjoy the view for a little bit! Can you believe that this is what October looks like?!?!

I headed home for dinner and a relaxing night! We got out the Cribbage board and each won one game! I love playing card games! It is great quality time! :)

Wednesday was a much needed running day! I decided to go to the Scarborough Marsh! What a perfect day! I didn't go too far, but just enough after a few days off of running!

Thursday I headed to Portsmouth and got a beautiful sight of the sun rising and on the way home had a great view of the fall foliage! I love living in Maine!

After work I had 2 training sessions. My 3rd and 4th graders were not into fitness today so we switched it up a bit with a few games and some freeze dance. I'm happy as long as they are moving around!

After I had my Dryland class and I did the workout with them. We did 2 miles of the Indian Run! It was pretty tiring followed by some stretching and abs. They work so hard and I am very proud of them!

Cyn and I headed to my parents for a yummy dinner followed by a Fall night swim and Hot Tub! Ahh perfection! I feel so grateful for my parents and the beautiful night we had!

FRIDAY! Woo! It's been a LONG week! One of the things I love most about Friday is that we get up early and treat ourselves to Dunkin! Cyn went to grab me a pumpkin coffee and we enjoyed the morning together!

I got in a 9 miler before my day got crazy and boy did I need it! I tried to take some pictures along the way!

My work week ended up at SJC for soccer practice! We were on the big field and it was great to just be able to finally shoot on net!

After practice I headed home to get ready to go up to Gray for the evening to have dinner and catch up with friends! It's been way too long since we've seen Grace and it's always nice to be in the company of Erin, Meg & Jenna!

Saturday morning we picked up my parents and headed to Wallingford's to go Apple Picking! It's our favorite place to pick! They have THE BEST donuts!

From there we headed to Streaked Mountain Trail for a beautiful hike!

We really had a great day with my parents! I couldn't be any more grateful! Once we got home we did some cleaning and got ready to go out with Cyn's friend Jamie! We went up to her sisters house for a beer tasting birthday party! It was so much fun and her sister is a phenomenal party planner!

We even got fake mustaches! What do you think?

Hahaha! Too funny! But on a more serious note we missed Jaimie's fiancĂ© Ben, but cannot wait to see them both this weekend!

P.S. I think we look much better without mustaches ;)

Sunday morning we got up and went to Dunkin Donuts and won Community Mugs as a promotion they were doing! With the community mug we can get free coffee all day every Sunday until the end of the year! We were very excited! We made our rounds and headed home to plan meals, go to the grocery store & clean before Football started at 1!

Cyn has been trying to cook a new meal every Sunday! Tonight she did a boiled dinner! She had it overflowing!

Finished product! So delicious!

I'm lucky she enjoys cooking! :) I don't have enough patience to learn...

While it was cooking Pam and I got some Knitting done! She's making a blanket and I'm working on a winter hat!

Cyn even made some mini apple pies that her Aunt Stacy told us about this morning!

We had a very productive and relaxing end to our weekend!

Remember: "Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you've always imagined."

Know what you want and DO NOT be afraid to do what it takes to get there! This is your ONE life to live, there is no reason to live it the way someone else thinks you should.

YOU ARE WORTH IT & YOU DESSRVE IT!

Make a goal for this upcoming week and do whatever it takes to make it happen. Big or small show yourself that you will be held accountable! Reward yourself after you hit it, and if you don't make sure you do not give up until you reach it! Focus and work hard, you WILL get there!

“Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can’t.”

One of the BEST Monday's I've had in a while at work! I was extremely productive and closed a lot of opportunities! I even got a lunch time coffee break with my sister! I have been crazing a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks!

As I was finishing up work I snapped this shot of Downtown Portland!

After work I had a training session and what a beautiful day for it! We did 40 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of body weight exercises & stretching!

We had a relaxing night at home with my favorite dinner - EGGS & BACON! Yum! Our favorite show started back up as well so we tuned into The Voice!

Tuesday was a chilly morning! We snuggled up with our hot cinnamon hazelnut freshly brewed coffee and started the pellet stove! I decided it was a perfect day to incorporate some hot yoga so I went to Greener Postures for an hour of hot vinyasa flow! Just want the body needed! :)

It's really starting to look like Fall! I took this picture outside one of my accounts!

After work I had 2 training sessions! One with the WCC after school program with Kindergarteners, First Graders & Second Graders. It was my first experience trying to teach kids at this age and it was NOT easy!

Directly following this I had my Dryland kids. We were outside and it was extremely cold! We were all bundled in sweatshirts and sweatpants!

I came home exhausted to a yummy dinner of Chicken Caesar Salad! I got a call from my mom and we headed over for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies and Pumpkinhead! So delicious!

HUMP DAY! It's Wednesday and it means another busy day! It was a much colder day, but still beautiful! After work I had soccer practice! We had 8 girls show up and boy did that feel like a miracle. They all have such great attitudes! We did a lot of work on defending and they really started to get the hang of it! From there I headed home to work with one of my clients! We had a great session and the weather was perfect as we were both sweating! I really love working with her and watching her progress!

Cyn made dinner and we booked our flights to San Antonio, Texas for the week of Thanksgiving! My sister will be graduation from Army Officer Training that Tuesday and we wouldn't miss that for the world! I have been dying for a vacation and the timing couldn't be more perfect!

We both had a sweet tooth tonight and went and got the stuff for home made Tapioca Pudding! We went to Cyn's parents to make it and share, which turned into Pammy making it and us just visiting! It was so yummy! We even added bananas!

Thursday was a busy day at work, but I managed to muster up enough energy to get in a 5 mile run.

After I headed to the WCC to teach a fitness class for the 3rd and 4th graders! They were so fun to work with; very eager to learn!

After I had my Dryland class and for some reason they were EXTRA chatty today! I put them to work and eventually they quieted down!

We made one of my favorite dinners! My Mom used to make this all the time! It's a bagel with ham, cheese and apples heated in the oven! Mmm!

Friday! Friday! Friday! What a fantastic day it was! I started it with an 8 mile sunrise run on the water!

It was gorgeous!

It was the perfect start to my day! After work I had a wonderful date planned with my best friend Erin at Sea Dog Brewing Company! How cute is she?!

It was so nice to spend time just us! She's seriously the sweetest person in the entire world! I'm so lucky to have her in my life!

Saturday morning we hit the road at 0730 to head to the Cumberland Fair with the Wescott Clan! We had so much fun!

We got home around noontime and I got to plant my Tulips & Daffodills for next Spring! I can't wait to see them come up!

We got dinner with Cyn's parents and met our friends out later to catch up! It was a nice relaxing Saturday night!

Two nights in a row I got to spend it with my best friend! We live 20 minutes apart but sometimes go weeks without seeing each other because of our busy schedules!

Sunday was National Coffee Day! We woke up grabbed coffees and headed to Raymond to hike Rattlesnake Mountain! It was a gorgeous morning for a hike!

20 minutes in we were still all smiles!

We took some great pictures from the top and tried panoramic photo and both managed to get in it! Pretty cool!

We got home and did some cleaning and buttoning up of the house for the cold weather ahead! We both had the urge to cook so we headed to Cyn's parents and cooked up a storm!

Cyn made Chicken Corn Chowder for the first time! It came out fantastic!

Pammy was making Date cookies!

And I learned how to make my First Apple Pie!

Now that's a chef outfit if I ever saw one ;)

All ready for the oven!

I couldn't have done it without her! :)

Our final product! It tasted just as good as it looks! :)

What a fun day we had! I cannot believe it's already Sunday night! We've got the Patriots on and were finally winding down for the evening!

Remember the quote for the week:

"Today I will do what others won't, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can't."

Always put your best foot forward and work towards your goals. Each step you take make sure it pushes you in the best direction for YOU and leads you to your dreams!

Always work to set yourself up for success, never failure. Put in all your strength and effort each day so that you grow into the person you want to be.

YOU have the ability to be anything you want and never forget that!

Have a fantastic week as September ends and October starts! It's a NEW week, a NEW month, a NEW you! Make it great! :)
