After work Auntie cooked us a delicious dinner for 2, or 3 if you count the dog biscuit! ;)
It was her last night staying with me and boy am I lucky to have her! Bel and I will miss her! We headed over to my parents for little bit after dinner and Bel wanted to sit up front with us! Silly girl!
Tuesday morning and my alarm went off at 4:40, Yikes! I am thankful my aunt was there to get me moving and we headed to Quest Cycle for 5:30-6:30 AM Spinning class! We worked our butts off! What a great change to my usual run/yoga routine!
I came home to get ready for work and prepared a yummy breakfast!
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Topped with berries!
Tuesday night I had 3 training sessions and came home to my love, finally home! :) I am so lucky to have someone to miss! We had a relaxing evening watching a movie together! Bela was so excited to see Cyn she cried for 10 minutes once she got home! So precious! I love my little family!
Hump Day! I got up and out for a beautiful run around South Portland! The sun was peaking through and boy did I feel lucky to be awake! I got to use my new shoes for the first time! They felt great! I went for 5 miles!
After work I had two training sessions! One was at the track and she kicked butt!
We went downtown for dinner and couldn't go home without trying the new Go Berry flavors! I got Pumpkin and Cyn got Oreo Mint! Yum! We love Go Berry!
Thursday morning was my hot vinyasa day! Just me and my mat!
I had 2 training sessions after work and came home to the best suprise! My very own Thirty-One bag I've been wanting for months! Cyn picked it out all by herself and I love it!
Friday morning I was headed to Portsmouth bright and early! I had a great day and finished it off with one training session and then put myself through a lifting workout. Since I've been running so much it was nice to change it up with some weights! I felt so strong after! I need to get it into my workout routine more often!
We had a beautiful sunset!
Bela and I were home alone again because Cyn went up to camp and we spent our Friday night studying for 4.5 hours and were asleep by 9pm!
Saturday morning we were up for a 6AM 5 miler! It couldn't have been a more peaceful & beautiful morning! I felt so grateful! I didn't even listen to music because the quiet was so nice!
I had a full day of class and by the time I got home I was exhausted. I did some studying, made some dinner & Cyn came home for a relaxing night!
Sunday another full day of class! I got home to a clean house and we headed out on some errands and for some fun at my parents!
My mom sent me the link below of Zone 3 Fitness check it out! They got some great shots! Very cool!
Remember: "The reason why people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go, instead of how far they have gotten."
Keep working hard and allow yourself to appreciate all you have done and let it motivate you to keep pushing forward. Don't let everything you've done go to waste! YOU ARE WORTH IT!
