"The road to success is not straight. It's bumpy, it's hard, it's complicated but, it's worth it." - Coach K

Can you believe it's already the last week in October! Where did the Fall go?! We got up before the sun to enjoy a yummy omelette and bacon! Mmm best start to the day!

Then I hit the pavement for a 5 miler. Boy was it crisp! It must have been the great breakfast that had me moving right along!

After work I had my first session with a new client of mine working to get ready for Basketball season! It was so much fun working with an athlete with the motivation and drive to be on top of her game come tryouts! She worked extremely hard and I see so much potential in her! Then I headed up to SJC to catch the end of practice where we worked on PK's! It was the first really COLD practice we've had all season!

Monday night dinner party at Pam and Pete's this week! She made a yummy pot roast! We headed home and watched some of the Sox game but I was fast asleep by 9:30!

Tuesday morning they said it was the coldest it seen since April! Ah! Winter is definitely coming! I was in my car and off to hot yoga! What better way to warm up for the day! After class I got it my car and it said 25 degrees! Yikes!

After a busy day at work I had 3 training session back to back to back! Woo! Then I headed to my first Real Estate Class! I couldn't be more excited but it made for a late night. I didn't get home until 10 o'clock and it was lights out!

Wednesday morning was another cold one! I headed out for my 8 miler! I'm not going to say it felt GREAT, but I can't complain with my fastest mile being mile 7!

After work I headed up to catch the SJC vs. USM game! I couldn't be more proud of the seniors! I remember when you all came in as freshman and I couldn't be happier to see the young ladies you have become. You have so much potential to become whatever you desire. Never forget that! They won 1-0!

After the game I had a training with a client of mine and then headed over to Murph's for a Halloween Eve movie night! We had her house to ourselves, full glasses of wine and a scary movie line up of The Craft followed by The Goonies!

The boys came home mid movie and I got to see the cutest little Skeleton!

Thursday morning we were up at 4 AM to suprise my sister at the air port as she left for Texas for Army Officer Training for the next month! I couldn't be more proud of her! She is seriously my hero and I hope this month flys by because boy will I miss her!

We got home and went back to bed for an hour! I got up and headed to an hour hot yoga to really wake myself up! It was perfect on such a yucky rainy day!

I had 2 training sessions after work and headed to Pete and Murph's to say Hi! Decided to do some last minute outfits!

We didn't stay long to see if we had any trick-or-treaters! We had one of Cyn's students waiting with there mom for us to show up and that was all we had for visitors! Talk about an overload of candy! My parents came over for sloppy joes and we played cribbage! It was the perfect night!

Friday morning I hit the pavement and went for a 5 miler! It was 65 degrees! Wahoo! It wasn't that great since I was full of candy, but definitely needed! I spend my evening studying for my first real estate quiz tomorrow! Happy Friday! What else are you going to do when Cyn is gone for the next 5 days and the house is already clean? STUDY!

My Aunt Kate is spending the next couple of nights with me because I am too scared to be alone! She is the best! We had a great night! Pizza, House Hunters, Pumpkinhead, Candy & Mani-Pedi! Wahoo! Talk about two lucky girls!

Saturday morning I was up and off to class from 8-5! I learned so much and really enjoyed the day! I came home to walk Bela on my lunch break! Boy was she a happy girl!

I was quite tired by the time I got home, but I sat down and worked on some homework - read the book from class and then went to my parents for dinner! Yum! So lucky to have them and a delicious glass of red wine to relax! I headed home to meet my aunt and we took Bela for a walk at 8:30! Ahh felt so good! Bela loves having Auntie at our house!

Sunday morning came and it was daylight savings! It was so nice to wake up and have it be light out, FINALLY! I got up and headed out for a 3.3 mile run! It was chilly but felt good to start my dad. I headed down to dunkin for my free coffee and off to class again 8-5! I came home for lunch again and took Bel for a walk! What a beautiful Fall afternoon!

After class I came home and did work to get ready for the week while watching Football! Cyn asked me to wear her jersey since she was gone so Bel and I were wearing our Pat's gear!

What a great way to wind down! This month I am posting on twitter something I am thankful for each day! I love the month of Novemener because every is reminded why they are grateful, but we should always time time to appreciate it!

"Learn to appreciate what you have before time makes you appreciate what you had."

Another day, another dollar! Monday morning was here before we knew it! We started our week with a healthy breakfast of eggs and we both had to hit the road!

The pellet stove is in full swing and has been kicking on itself when it drops below the thermostat! We LOVE it!

My body was feeling sore and tired this morning so I decided an hour of hot yoga should fix that! Boy was I right! Walking out of the studio I felt 10 times better than it did when I walked in!

For lunch I made a banana & peanut butter smoothie! Yum! Super easy and I added a little milk and flaxseed!

After work I went up to SJC for practice! It was great to be back with the first team! They are a great group of hard workers!

I headed home for our usual Monday night dinner with Pammy! We're lucky Cyn is such a chef. We were all cuddled up on the couch after dinner! I couldn't believe how dark it was at 6:45. We were talking about bed by 7:30! It's crazy!

I bought some Yogi tea to try and tonight was a perfect night for try it out in my favorite mug! "Empty yourself and let the universe fill you."

Tuesday morning I hit the pavement! Not my best splits, but I wanted to post them to show we all have rough days. Some days you feel like you're flying, others it's like you're going at a snails pace.

After work I had 2 training classes and Cyn and I decided to go to Chipolte for a date! How romantic? Ha! We have to find time when we can as both of our schedules are busy, and just getting more busy! It was just what we needed! I always choose the salad with chicken reducing the carb intake and adding veggies! Mmmmm!

We got home in time to watch The Biggest Loser and snuggle with our baby Bela! :)

Wednesday was a crisp beautiful fall day! I started with a 5 miler with my sister! It's always so fun running with someone. It makes the miles fly by! We got to talk about our training schedule for the marathon! I'm very excited!

After work I headed up to SJC for our home game! They played well and are looking strong as playoffs are right around the corner! They won 2-1!

I headed home to find this cute note at the door!

It was different to come home to a quiet house, but Bela and I had a nice relaxing few hours while Cyn was out with my sister! They came home with dinner and we watched the Sox game! Bel and Cyn cuddled up on the couch! How did I get so lucky?

Thursday morning I made eggs for breakfast and got out for another 8 miler! It was the first COLD run I've had!

After my run I tried a new yogurt that is now my favorite flavor! Yum! You must try it!

After work I had 3 training session back to back then date night with Peter! I picked him up and we headed to see Auntie at school and look at the book fair! He picked out some really great stuff! He even got to play in the art room! He was very excited that this would be his school next year! Once Cyn was done at school we went to Dairy Queen for some burgers and ice cream! It was the best date night ever!

Friday we were up and out! As I was pulling out of the driveway I snapped a quick shot of the sunrise peeking through  and shining on the horse farm! So pretty!

I had a great yoga class to wrap up my Friday! I headed home and we had some SJC Softball girls over for dinner and a fire! We had a great night catching up! It was way overdue! We hope to make it more of a regular thing!

Saturday morning we were able to (FINALLY) sleep in! We had a lazy day around the house and went to my parents for dinner to carve pumpkins and have a going away party for my sister Mikayla! She leaves 10/31 for Army Officer Training! We had so much fun carving!

Cyn and I picked the spider in a web! It was very tedious but well worth it!

The night obviously turned into a dance party after dinner! What else would you expect?!

Sunday morning Cyn and I headed to Bradbury Mountain, as it will probably be out last hike of the Fall! It was a gorgeous morning!

We got home in time for Football! Cyn had put a pork butt in the crock pot all morning for lunch, then Pam and Pete came over for Nachos later! We had a relaxing afternoon with Bel and Cyn got all of her hunting gear aired out for opening day next weekend! Very relaxing and productive weekend!

"Every moment is your opportunity to live more fully than you've ever lived before." The past couple weeks have been a roller coaster and each day I have tried to remind myself this. It ties into my weekly quote perfectly because you have to appreciate every moment. You never know when it might be your last. There is no reason to spend YOUR life unhappy. Appreciate. Celebrate. Enjoy. Do not doubt your ability to be what you've always dreamed because YOU CAN! Push yourself, but more importantly love the person you are becoming!

"You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world." -Lucille Ball

Monday started off pretty chilly and turned out to be a gorgeous day! I spent the day working and came home to Cyn getting a ton of yard work done! It looked fantastic! She had a great fire going!

We headed to my parents for dinner and the last hot tub of the year!

Mick & Aunt Kate ended meeting us out as well! It was a great family night! :)

Tuesday morning I got in a brisk 5 miler before breaking into a crazy day! After work I had two classes and we went to Pammy's for our weekly dinner date! This week Murph, Pete and the boys joined us!

We had some delicious wine while dinner cooked!

Pam cooked a new recipe! It tasted like a chicken pot pie! Mmm it was delicious!

Pammy really outdid herself with dessert too!!!!! Omg to die for!

Wednesday was a much needed HOT YOGA day! An hour of living the sweat life    with breath and movement!

I had one training session and a beautiful evening we had! We did some great interval training along with a great power walk in some new scenery!

After I had my soccer team banquet at Pat's Pizza in Windham! It was a great way to end a great season! I'm so grateful for the girls hard work and feel lucky to have been there coach! Now I hope to work with the first team as much as possible!

Thursday started off with a beautiful morning run! I was happy with the run and I felt extremely strong!

I snagged a beautiful shot of the trees as I was finishing and the sun was up! I decided to flip the photo because as I was stretching I looked behind me and saw how beautiful it was. Someone taking a new perspective on things can make all the difference. I've always thought the glass was half full and I believe your attitude is everything! What do you think?

After work I had 3 trainings. My 3rd and 4th graders were great! We did some yoga and the cha cha slide along with our usual exercises! After I had my Drylands and we did a lot of stretching and abs. They have a big meet this weekend so I wanted them to have strong, stretched out bodies! After this I scooted home to meet with my client. We did our exercises and power walk in the dark, but it was a beautiful evening!

Friday morning we always treat ourselves to dunkin coffee for breakfast! Cyn went down to pick it up while Bela and I waited patiently snuggled up on the couch!

Once she got home they had there own snuggle sesh! She's such a lovebug!

I got in a morning hot yoga class on my NEW Jade mat! I LOVE it! It was great after my long run yesterday and busy evening!

From work I picked up Bela and took her for a ride out to the Greenbelt Trail!

We had a beautiful evening for a walk!

She likes to lead the way!

We came home and gave Bela a bath and a brush! She is too cute in her towel!

We headed to my parents for Turkey dinner! My mom is so decorative!

They really outdid themselves with all the fixin's!

I couldn't get over how adorable my grandmothers new haircut was! Isn't she just adorable?!

Cyn and I headed home and started a campfire! It was a beautiful night! No bugs & extremely warm! We had Lisa, Ryan and Pam stop by to join us!

I love the little fire spot we have built in the yard! It couldn't be anymore perfect!

She sure does know how to make a MEAN fire!

Saturday we had a relaxing morning together and headed downtown to get my first Alex & Ani! I picked the Path of Life! I LOVE it! I cannot wait to get more!

From there we headed to home and I walked Bela over to Pam & Pete's while Cyn grabbed a few groceries for Jenny's sprinkle! We helped clean up and watched a movie!

The early crowd showed up around 4! I snapped a shot before it got too busy of the early birds!

Jenny got a lot of great stuff! Some extremely cute, girly clothes! :)

After everyone left, Mikey let Cyn and I take the 4 wheeler for a spin! SOOO much fun!

Sunday morning we were up early! Early enough to see a few deer in the fog of dusk!

We were at the WHS track at 7AM to help my mom and her office hold a Wall from Obesity at 9! It was a great morning and beautiful morning! I was extremely proud of my moms hard work!

Ironically we went to IHOP after for brunch! We headed home just in time for the Pat's Kick-Off!

After the tough loss we headed to my parents for dinner and a fire! It was a great ending to another wonderful weekend!
