After a long day at work I had 2 training sessions. One with the 3rd and 4th graders at the WCC, then my Drylands. At Drylands I taught my first ever yoga flow and they LOVED IT! So much that they all fell asleep at the end! I was quite proud and glad they enjoyed it!
I came home to Erin and Bela snuggling! How cute!

This week I decided I am going to run the Boston Marathon 2014 and my lovely sister has decided to do it with me! It has been a week of big decisions and I couldn't be happier with my choices so far! We must always remember life is way to short to spend it frustrated and unhappy. I do my best to stay as positive as possible because negativity does not get you anywhere. Get rid of those who do not make you a better person and stick with those who support you and make you dream bigger!
I find as I grow older I am not following the course I thought I would, but that is okay! Sometimes we need to mold our own path to build a life we have always dreamed of. I know I'm on the right track to where I'm supposed to be and as long as I have faith I know I will be successful!
Life is about mistakes and learning from them. Never get discouraged with the progress you are making, just know you are moving in the direction you want to better yourself!
Remember: "What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." -Coach K
Make your own story with it's very own HAPPY ending! Keep working hard and you will get there! :) Have a great week ahead!
