"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." -Eleanor Roosevelt

Happy last week of January 2014! Holy Smokes where did the month go?! I feel like I was just setting my New Years Resolutions and now I am checking them off the list!

My Monday started early Cyn had a busy day so I wanted her to start it off right so I cooked Bacon and Eggs! It was delicious if I do day so myself! I can't cook much but breakfast is my specialty!

After I headed out on my 12.5 miler! It was warmer than it's been so I was grateful for that! I pushed through and was happy with my effort!

I decided to post this quote today because it's so true. Some people think I'm crazy for pursuing a marathon, but there is something deep inside of me that is so determined! I am so excited!

After work I brought my client to Zone 3 Fitness to try out the facility and we were able to take the class! I was so happy to hear that she LOVED it! We did 8 exercises, 3 sets for 45 seconds! It worked our entire body and she killed it! I was so proud!

Once I got home we headed to Pam & Pete's for out Downton Abbey Party! We have been recording it Sunday nights and watching them on Mondays instead! We love it! We had so much fun with the GIRLS!

Tuesday morning kicked off with an hour hot vinyasa flow at GPY! It was the release my body needed! After a long run yesterday and killer workout last night every part of my body was asking for it!

For work I was in Portland today, Downtown! Boy do I not enjoy parking down there but the sun shining off the water today was breathtaking!

After work I had 3 sessions! My first one we used the WCC to power walk around the hallways to keep warm, but get in some good cardio! My Kids Fitness class was a good group of kids excited to move around! After I had my Dryland class and we had a full class! Boy where they ready to work! We had a great workout & more importantly so much fun!   I got home to a quiet house and finished my packing for Indy! I did some cleaning of the house and made dinner!

I'm not much of a cook but there is certainly a feeling of accomplishment when I do! I threw together some American Chop Suey!

Wednesday morning I got up and threw together some Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins that were delicious!

Once Cyn left for work, I took Bela for a nice long walk and did a quick weight circuit at the house before heading to the airport! I got into Indy around 4 o'clock!

After checking into the hotel, we went to a Fancy Italian Dinner!

From there we did some bar hopping! I had a blast traveling around a new city!

We got back late, but I was still up at 5:40 AM for a 3 mile run and some weights! I had a nice view of the pool!

We met for breakfast and another jam packed day! Because this was our only full day we made the most of it and go so much done! The highlight was going to the Pacers game! We ate at the Varsity Club and it was amazing!

We had courtside tickets and a box that we could mingle between! I cannot imagine watching a game any other way!

BOOMER came to the box so I had to get a picture with him!

They had a dessert cart come around to us and I was in heaven!

Larry Bird was at the game!

After a fun game we went to a bar called Howl at the Moon where they had dual pianos and continually played music requests! It was such a fun atmosphere!

We got back late and my hope to workout in the morning was squashed because I woke up with a stuffy head, runny nose an just feeling sick! I slept until 7 and showered, packed and headed to breakfast before we headed to the airport for our 10:30 flight home! At my connected in Philly, I was the only one  on my own flight home and after 3 hours of waiting in the aiport I finally got on and we were delayed an hour because our AC stopped workin as we were pulling away from the gate! We were supposed to get in at 5:30 and didn't arrive until 6!

Even on something like this I tried to find the positivity that I was heading home, I have a great life and if the past 2 days taught me anything it was to live life to its fullest every minute of everyday! You only get one chance so make it the best!

My dad picked me up and we had a great car ride home! He's the best! I was so happy to come home to my perfect little puppy! How can you not fall in love with her?!

Bela and I took a nap until Cyn got home from basketball and we headed to our friend Jaimie's Gig! We had such a good time and I was so happy to be home with my love!

Jaimie came to hang out with us during there break! She is the cutest!

Saturday morning we were happy to sleep in and had a relaxing day at home! I go out for a nice quick run in the afternoon and came back to do some good thorough cleaning!

I finished with a cool down walk with my baby Bela!

We had my favorite breakfast for dinner! It was so delicious! Cyn is such a cook! We rented and watched the movie 'The Butler' it was so good!

Sunday morning we were able to sleep in again and got up to another hearty breakfast and headed out to get some errands done and of course our FREE coffee!

I went for a great afternoon walk with a friend and we headed to my parents for the SuperBowl! We had a great time and I won $30 with the halftime score!

We were happy to have Jaimie sleepover, especially Bela!

What a crazy week it was, but full of fun and quality time! Each day is bringing me closer to my dreams and by keeping them insight I know I will achieve them and be able to raise the bar even higher!

"Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments." - Coach K

What a glorious Monday! It was the last day before our cold front! I started my day with a Zone 3 Fitness circuit class! After every workout I have tried to make a conscious effort to foam roll after to keep my muscles loose! It's one of those things that "hurts so good."

After work Cyn and I had a meeting followed by Happy Hour at On the Border! We haven't been out for happy hour in a long time and we had a great time thanks to a gift card from Christmas!

Tuesday I was really feeling empowered by this quote: "This is your life. Do what you love, and do it often. If you don’t like something, change it. If you don’t like your job, quit. If you don’t have enough time, stop watching TV. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. All emotions are beautiful. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Open your mind, arms, and heart to new things and people, we are united in our differences. Ask the next person you see what their passion is, and share your inspiring dream with them. Travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself. Some opportunities only come once; seize them. Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them, so go out and start creating. Live your dream, and wear your passion. Life is short."

Just take a minute to reflect on this and see what you can take from it into your current situation and start making your dreams a reality! There is so much beauty in the world we just need to take the time to appreciate it!

Tuesday was super cold, but I forced myself to get out for a 12 miler because the roads were dry! I had 4 layers, a hat, scarf and 2 pants! Brr! But it felt really good to get it done!

After work I had 2 trainings and we had a blast! I came home to a busy night of work, but was able to finally relax before bed with some tea! My favorite Yogi Tea! I love that it has words of wisdom! "Joy is the Essence of Success."

Wednesday morning started on my mat! 60 minutes of Hot Vinyasa Flow at GPY! It felt sooooo good!

I came home and made a yummy breakfast of 2 eggs and a cup of coffee black! A great jump start to the day!

I found another quote I really loved today. We find that people are so scared to make certain decisions in life because they are comfortable and are afraid of the unknown but they say if your dreams don't scare you they aren't big enough! Go after your dreams and make them happen!

My sister came over to visit after work! She's too sweet! We had plans to have Erin over for dinner after she got out of work! We always have fun nights together! She even loaded the pellet stove! Haha!

Thursday morning I did not want to get out of bed! It was sooooooo cold! I kicked off the covers and threw in my sweats and headed to Zone 3 Fitness for an awesome workout! It really hit every body part and was a killer workout! I was lucky enough to have the gym to myself!

After work I had 3 trainings! My first one we powered through the hallways of the WCC to get some cardio in while staying warm! My kids fitness class was crazy as the kids have been stuck inside, yikes! The Dryland class started with only 3 kids so we changed it up an did relay races! They were great sports and worked on there endurance for sure!

After class we headed to have dinner with my sister! She made delicious pulled pork, sweet potatoes, broccoli & buscits! We had too many laughs for our own good! Later auntie asked for Bela to sleepover! We are so lucky to have someone who loves her so much! Auntie posted an Instagram after we left of our little baby!

Friday we were both out of the house early to head to work! I was so excited to go to Quest Cycle for a spin class with my Aunt & Sister at 5:30! We had a great class traveling through Nevada & Mississippi! We headed back to my house and had breakfast for dinner with Skinny Girl Grapefruit! Yum! Such a fun relaxing night!

Saturday morning we were up early! We had lots to do before heading to Bethel for the night! I got some great news just before we left and had a great Mexican dinner once we got to Bethel!

We had lots of laughs and were up until midnight watching a movie as a family!

Sunday morning Cyn & I were the first two up! We enjoyed our coffee by the fire! It is so beautiful up there!

After a yummy breakfast of oranges, blueberries, strawberries, sausage & pumpkin pancakes (made by Dad) we checked the weather before heading out for our Snowshoe!

Holy Smokes! Feels like negative 28?! We must be crazy because we still bundled up and headed out! We had a great almost 2 mile shoe!

We ended at the Inn for lunch! It was well deserved! After we took showers and a little nap before packing up and hitting the road! We decided to stop at the Oxford Casino for a bit an had a great time!

We went to get Bela and had dinner at Pam & Petes and got to see the boys & Pete and Murph! A great way to end out weekend!

“Success is no accident. It’s hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” - Pele

Happy happy happy Monday & cheers to being super productive! I got so much work done and I would have to say thanks to a yummy sugar free coconut latte at Scarborough Grounds to making it happen! January is a busy month for me and I've got some deadlines coming up I need to be ready for! Today I felt on the track to reaching those goals and what a great way to start the week!

After a busy day I managed to squeeze in my long run of 11.5 miles during the most beauiful time of day! I love watching the sunset! Even though it gets a little scary once it goes down and it's dark it's so worth it!

Tuesday morning was perfect for Hot Yoga! I got my flow on at GPY! It felt amazing! I love following a long run with mat therapy! Haha! After work I had 2 trainings and went to the Westbrook Basketball games with my Dad! We always have fun together!

Bela's new dog bed came and she didn't know what to think of it so we put her old on on top of her new one and she loved it! Such a princess!

Wednesday I hit the road with a nice 6 miler down by Bug Light and finished my day with a strength set at Zone 3 Fitness! Feeling grateful and motivated!

After I had my last shift at Lululemon in Kittery! It was very bittersweet, but the experience has opened my eyes to so many changes I need to make in my life!

Thursday was another Zone 3 circuit day!  Followed by 2 trainings after work! Cyn made delicious Pulled Pork Sandwiches for dinner! Yum!

Friday was a busy, motivating day for me! I got so much done, and that much closer to reaching my goals! After work I had one training and took Bela for a walk! It was so nice to not have any plans! I got to clean the entire house, get up to date on laundry and take everything out of our attic to get it ready for insulation On Saturday! What a good feeling to go to bed with a clean house to start the weekend!

Saturday Morning I got up to get work done and the Insulation process began! We are so lucky that Cyn's parents, brother and sister in law was willing to help us! We got half DONE! Cyn & Bela were resting once everyone left while I studied! So cute!

I had to wake them up to get ready for Mark & Gary's surprise party at Stockhouse! We had a great time socializing with everyone!

Lisa Buotte thanks for the great photo!

After we headed to Harmony Hall to watch our friends Ben & Jaimie preform with their band! We had such a fun time!

We got home late and Bela was so excited they fell asleep snuggling!

Sunday morning we got up and got our free Coffee at Dunkin while out driveway got plowed! We came home an decided to head out to Otter Pond to check out the ice fishing! It was such a perfect snowy day!

We got home and Cyn has practice, I took Bela for a walk and went for a great run!

I came home to get work done & did some shoveling and we watched the Pats game together! We had a nice visit with Gabi and Emma and had a quiet night at home to get ready for the week ahead! We are so blessed to have all we do! And I am so proud that our hard work continues to pay off!
