“One way to keep momentum going is to have constantly greater goals.” —Michael Korda

Monday was a dark, dreary & icy morning, yet I was able to find so much positivity and excitement! I got so much work done. It felt good to be on track finally in 2014!

I didn't have much time for a workout, but I got 30 minutes on my hand me down treadmill! I would love to get a new one and be able to set up a gym in our house! Someday!

We went to my parents for dinner! It was so nice to hang out with them and talk about our new goals for 2014!

We came home and were exhausted. I swear these two are the cutest thing I've ever seen! (Yes Cyn is laying in the dog bed with Bela! Haha)

Tuesday morning I needed to get in some good exercise. I went to Zone 3 Fitness and used the Arc machine for 60 minutes of Cardio then did the circuit for the day and finished with 20 minutes walking with an incline on the treadmill. It's so easy to get bored in the winter or to skip a workout but remember the feeling after you finish and push through!

After work I had 2 trainings. It's such a nice feeling getting back to normal, finally! I came home and got a bunch of work done and headed to bed early! I can feel myself getting sick, being proactive is the best medicine!

Wednesday morning I hit the streets! 11 miles conquered and boy did I feel great! It was so nice to finally not be slipping on the roads!

After work I headed to Lululemon for a little shift! I was exhausted by the time I got home and was so grateful to come home to freshly baked homemade Mac & Cheese! It's my favorite!

Thursday morning started with some yummy cottage cheese and pineapple! Yum!

I got in 60 minutes of hot yoga which was a perfect way to recover after my long run! The studio smelt amazing as there was a Chrismas tree decorated in the room! After work I taught 2 classes! They both went awesome! I came home to Cyn cooking dinner and we had a great evening together!

Friday morning I headed to Zone 3 Fitness for a class that kicked my butt! It's so nice to take a class every once and a while to go to a class instead of teaching one!

After work I went to GHOP with Murph, the boys & Kayla before Westbrook played at Gorham! We had so much fun! We went to Pete & Murph's after for lots of laughs!

Saturday morning I headed to work at Lululemon in the icey weather. I took my time, and got there safe! Once I got home I had a splitting headache and decided to lay down for a bit! We watched the Pat's game and were excited to see they will be playing another week!

Sunday morning Cyn made delicious breakfast sandwiches! Yum!

I headed out for a quick 6 miler! It was so nice to not be slipping around or wearing a hat & gloves! It was beautiful out!

I came home and went out on a few errands with Murph! We had a great time and came home to our house and recruited Kelli to come over for some kid-less girl time! We hope to do it more often!

Cyn and I did some cleaning and headed to my parents for dinner! I cannot believe my dad will be heading to hike the AT in less than 2 months! We had a great night and a great dinner and full of good conversation!

I love him so much!

Another great week came to and end, but it makes it that much easier to start the next on a positive note!
