"What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." - Coach K

Happy Monday everyone! It started off wet and gloomy! We got up and had our coffee and re-heated pumpkin donuts we got Apple Picking! Mmm!

My sister and I went to GPY for an hour hot yoga class! It was so nice to have a buddy to go with!

Cyn and Pam made Homemade Mac & Cheese!  It was amazing! We had a special visitor UJ! We always have so much fun when he comes over! I think we had a little toooooo much fun!

We went through 3 opened bottles and 1 brand new! Anything to get you through a Monday right?

Tuesday I had 3 training sessions. I took my client to walk the boulevard! It was another gorgeous day!

After I had the K through 2 kids fitness class at the WCC! They were so good and energized today! Then I went to my Dryland class! It was much colder for class today as we were outside on the soccer field! They work hard and I couldn't be more proud of them!

I headed home to a yummy meal and we took Bela out for a walk. By the time I hit the couch I was ready for bed. I finished off some emails and we headed to bed!

Wednesday started off chilly, we turned on the coffee pot and pellet stove almost simultaneously! In the breif moments I had to enjoy it, it was the perfect start!

I was on the phone and off to work early this morning to meet with customers. After a busy day I was able to meet my best friend Gab for a wonderful run around South Portland! It is always nice to just be with someone who knows and understands you! I've missed her company!

Later I had soccer practice at SJC! We were able to be on the BIG field again! We finally got to scrimmage 4 v. 4. It was well overdue!

After practice my sister and mom met me  up at SJC and we went Stand Up Paddleboarding! What a beautiful day we had for it!

The sunset was breathtaking!

We tried to use the self timer!

From there we headed to Applebee's for Pumpkinhead and some dinner! GIRLS NIGHT! Cheering to our beautiful life!

We even endulged in dessert!

It's the first them we saw this, Mikayla's pretty much a celebrity! Yes, we made her pose!

Thursday morning I was up and out early off for an 8.5 miler! I have just recently made the decision I will be running the Boston Marathon in April and I couldn't be more excited! I had a beautiful morning for it!

After a long day at work I had 2 training sessions. One with the 3rd and 4th graders at the WCC, then my Drylands. At Drylands I taught my first ever yoga flow and they LOVED IT! So much that they all fell asleep at the end! I was quite proud and glad they enjoyed it!

I came home to Erin and Bela snuggling! How cute!

Friday! Friday! Friday! An early morning yoga class to recover from my run yesterday was perfect! A busy day at work was well worth it knowing we were heading to camp for the night!

On our ride up Bela was so excited!

I live for seeing beautiful sunsets and we had a great view!

We made it up to camp and started a fire! It was a perfect fall night!

Three Happy Girls Relaxing! :)

We slept in and packed up! Before heading out we took a walk down to the river!

We couldn't head home without seeing the prettiest pregnant mamma and cute BOYS Cameron... And Craig too! :)

Being silly with Auntie! :)

We headed home to take a nap and cook dinner for the Appel's! :) After dinner we headed to my parents for a swim & hot tub! We had so muh fun!

Sunday morning we were up early to see my mom Live on Channel 6! She did a great job!

I headed to Dunkin for our FREE coffees and my parents came over with pumpkin bagels! Yum!

We got ready and headed to Market Basket! We got to spend some quality time with Adam & Emma! They are too cute!

We got home and I headed to Freeport with my mom to make some returns and get the Red Heels I have been drooling over! They were finally on sale!

After a GREAT Pats game we headed up to the Poland Spring Resort to watch Ben's band play! It was there New Year & Christmas Celebration! We had a blast!

This week I decided I am going to run the Boston Marathon 2014 and my lovely sister has decided to do it with me! It has been a week of big decisions and I couldn't be happier with my choices so far! We must always remember life is way to short to spend it frustrated and unhappy. I do my best to stay as positive as possible because negativity does not get you anywhere. Get rid of those who do not make you a better person and stick with those who support you and make you dream bigger!

I find as I grow older I am not following the course I thought I would, but that is okay! Sometimes we need to mold our own path to build a life we have always dreamed of. I know I'm on the right track to where I'm supposed to be and as long as I have faith I know I will be successful!

Life is about mistakes and learning from them. Never get discouraged with the progress you are making, just know you are moving in the direction you want to better yourself!

Remember: "What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." -Coach K

Make your own story with it's very own HAPPY ending! Keep working hard and you will get there! :) Have a great week ahead!

"Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you've always imagined."

The last day of September to start off the week! Lots of work to be done and a beautiful day to complete it! After work I took my lovely client to the Baxter Boulevard as a change of scenery. She said it was her first time power walking the entire 3.6 miles! She did a great job and I couldn't be more proud of her progression! I had to capture the moment by taking a picture, thankfully she's just as obsessed with pictures as I am!

It was such a beautiful evening for a walk!

After I brought her home we went to Cyn's parents for dinner. We recently decided that Monday night we would alternate our house and their house for dinner! This week was at there house and  Pammy made a delicious Pot Roast, Potatoes and Veggies! It was delicious!

Tuesday morning arrived and the start of a New Month! I started with lots of breath, positive energy and a wonderful class of Hot Vinyasa Flow at GPY!

I had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and banana! I had a snack of almonds around 10 and for lunch I tried a Kashi Frozen Meal! It had 40g of Whole Grains, 11g of Protein and 7g of Fiber! It was very delicious!

After work I had two trainings with two very motivated groups of kids! My first class was kindergarten, first and second graders! Then I had my Dryland kids! They kicked butt and gave me lots of laughs! On my way home I made a quick pit stop to just enjoy the view for a little bit! Can you believe that this is what October looks like?!?!

I headed home for dinner and a relaxing night! We got out the Cribbage board and each won one game! I love playing card games! It is great quality time! :)

Wednesday was a much needed running day! I decided to go to the Scarborough Marsh! What a perfect day! I didn't go too far, but just enough after a few days off of running!

Thursday I headed to Portsmouth and got a beautiful sight of the sun rising and on the way home had a great view of the fall foliage! I love living in Maine!

After work I had 2 training sessions. My 3rd and 4th graders were not into fitness today so we switched it up a bit with a few games and some freeze dance. I'm happy as long as they are moving around!

After I had my Dryland class and I did the workout with them. We did 2 miles of the Indian Run! It was pretty tiring followed by some stretching and abs. They work so hard and I am very proud of them!

Cyn and I headed to my parents for a yummy dinner followed by a Fall night swim and Hot Tub! Ahh perfection! I feel so grateful for my parents and the beautiful night we had!

FRIDAY! Woo! It's been a LONG week! One of the things I love most about Friday is that we get up early and treat ourselves to Dunkin! Cyn went to grab me a pumpkin coffee and we enjoyed the morning together!

I got in a 9 miler before my day got crazy and boy did I need it! I tried to take some pictures along the way!

My work week ended up at SJC for soccer practice! We were on the big field and it was great to just be able to finally shoot on net!

After practice I headed home to get ready to go up to Gray for the evening to have dinner and catch up with friends! It's been way too long since we've seen Grace and it's always nice to be in the company of Erin, Meg & Jenna!

Saturday morning we picked up my parents and headed to Wallingford's to go Apple Picking! It's our favorite place to pick! They have THE BEST donuts!

From there we headed to Streaked Mountain Trail for a beautiful hike!

We really had a great day with my parents! I couldn't be any more grateful! Once we got home we did some cleaning and got ready to go out with Cyn's friend Jamie! We went up to her sisters house for a beer tasting birthday party! It was so much fun and her sister is a phenomenal party planner!

We even got fake mustaches! What do you think?

Hahaha! Too funny! But on a more serious note we missed Jaimie's fiancĂ© Ben, but cannot wait to see them both this weekend!

P.S. I think we look much better without mustaches ;)

Sunday morning we got up and went to Dunkin Donuts and won Community Mugs as a promotion they were doing! With the community mug we can get free coffee all day every Sunday until the end of the year! We were very excited! We made our rounds and headed home to plan meals, go to the grocery store & clean before Football started at 1!

Cyn has been trying to cook a new meal every Sunday! Tonight she did a boiled dinner! She had it overflowing!

Finished product! So delicious!

I'm lucky she enjoys cooking! :) I don't have enough patience to learn...

While it was cooking Pam and I got some Knitting done! She's making a blanket and I'm working on a winter hat!

Cyn even made some mini apple pies that her Aunt Stacy told us about this morning!

We had a very productive and relaxing end to our weekend!

Remember: "Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you've always imagined."

Know what you want and DO NOT be afraid to do what it takes to get there! This is your ONE life to live, there is no reason to live it the way someone else thinks you should.

YOU ARE WORTH IT & YOU DESSRVE IT!

Make a goal for this upcoming week and do whatever it takes to make it happen. Big or small show yourself that you will be held accountable! Reward yourself after you hit it, and if you don't make sure you do not give up until you reach it! Focus and work hard, you WILL get there!
